IISP WAS BORN OUT OF CONCERN.

Patricia Ansarah has been working in HR for over 25 years in large companies with executive experience, focusing on developing people, teams and organizations and understanding the challenges of promoting healthy environments that drive results. She has always been restless in her search for a 'formula' to help organizations deal with their challenges.

He found the formula he was looking for in Psychological Safety.

From this came the idea of joining forces to bring this topic to the largest number of professionals and organizations, bringing first-hand, in partnership with TEAM.AS.ONE, the 1st International Certification in Psychological Safety of Teams in Portuguese and developing other solutions based on the original studies of Dr. Amy Edmondson, creator of the concept more than 20 years ago.

The Institute was born endorsing the pioneering spirit and giving visibility to the topic, putting Brazil on the same page as other countries that are already applying interventions based on Psychological Safety studies within Organizations. It will be a means of spreading the word about this fundamental topic, providing articles, videos, webinars, real cases, testimonials and a network of partners that you can find here.

In 2023, he conceived and coordinated the launch of the book "Livre para Falar" (Free to Speak), the first book on psychological safety in Brazil, as well as organizing the 1st International Psychological Safety Summit, the only event in the world entirely dedicated to this topic, which was held for the second time in 2024.

Organizational psychologist with an MBA and a Master's degree in Culture. She has been working with the development of leaders and teams since 2006. She is an Action Learning trainer and has international certification in Psychological Safety.

Master Trainer in Action Learning and Psychological Safety in Brazil and Latin America

Specialist in Coaching and Action Learning with international certifications. She has been working with leadership, human development and teams for over 20 years. She is director of WIAL Global and a master trainer.

IISP Partner and Master Trainer of Psychological Safety for Teams in the USA (EN)

Organizational psychologist with 10 years' experience in companies such as McDonald's, Decolar and Loggi. She works with leadership, culture and team development. She is a trainer in Psychological Safety and an IISP partner in the international expansion of the methodology.

With over 20 years' experience in companies such as LATAM, TV Globo and Vivo, she works with culture, leadership, well-being, diversity and mental health. She has a degree in Business Administration, a postgraduate degree and a certificate in Coaching and Psychological Safety for Teams.

Administrative and Financial Coordinator

A psychologist (PUC-SP) and educator (USP), she worked with inclusion in schools and founded the Humanitas Center. She worked at McDonald's with inclusion for people with disabilities and was director of an Early Childhood Education Center.
