Practice 2 Action Learning sessions as a coach with feedback from a Senior or Master Action Learning Coach.

08 virtual meetings of 4 hours each. From 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Certificate issued by WIAL - World Institute for Action Learning, accredited by ICF - International Coaching Federation.
*To receive the certificate it is necessary to: 85% participation in the program, apply 2 sessions of 90' Action Learning, prepare a report that will be submitted to the WIAL International Educational Committee for approval.

Marcia Yokota
Master Trainer for Brazil and Latin America

She specializes in Coaching and Action Learning with international certification in Action Learning, Coaching, Psychological Team Safety, Mentor Coaching and Supervision. She is a master trainer and Action Learning mentor. She is a facilitator of group learning and leadership development, with more than 20 years' experience in leadership, human development and training multifunctional and multicultural teams. She serves WIAL Global as Director.

Marina Mazi
Master Trainer for Brazil

She is an organizational psychologist with an MBA in business management and HR and a Master's degree in Culture. She has been working as a consultant since 2006 on projects and programs for team development, leadership and organizational culture. She has International Certification in Psychological Team Safety, Coaching and Action Learning Coach. She is an Action Learning master trainer and mentor and has in-depth experience of the approach, working with it since 2010. She served WIAL as head of the Education and Certification Committee for over 5 years. She is a learning facilitator and guest lecturer for postgraduate courses. More than 20 years' experience as a BP and HR manager in companies from different industries.

DOES THE CLASS HAVE A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS?

There will be 5 virtual meetings of 4 hours, a kick-off meeting, plus the international module with simultaneous translation of 2 hours, plus activities between meetings and a group course completion work, totaling more than 30 hours of study.
