Understand the concepts, elements and foundations of Action Learning.
Gain competence and confidence to act as an Action Learning Coach in different situations.
Design problem-solving programs, leadership development, development and management of high-performance teams, “learning organization”, psychological safety.

Group exercises.
Practice 2 Action Learning sessions as a coach with feedback from a Senior or Master Action Learning Coach.
Practice with external clients, with feedback and debriefing.
Program accredited by the ICF - International Coaching Federation - with 32 CCEUs.
Program structure
More than 32 hours.
Pre work via e-learning.
08 virtual meetings of 4 hours each. From 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Monthly meetings
Monthly meetings are held to deepen the knowledge of all the program's certified facilitators.
International certification
Certificate issued by WIAL - World Institute for Action Learning, accredited by ICF - International Coaching Federation.
*To receive the certificate it is necessary to:
85% participation in the program, apply 2 sessions of 90' Action Learning, prepare a report that will be submitted to the WIAL International Educational Committee for approval.
