Patrícia Ansarah
Founder of IISP - International Institute for Psychological Safety, the first institute dedicated to the subject and a company that supports courageous organizations to do more conscious and humane business. A pioneer in bringing the first and only International Certification on the subject to Brazil, she has already certified more than 370 people in South America in 31 classes. More than 25 years working with the development of people, teams and organizations in companies from different cultures, segments and business models, where she has held leadership and executive positions, such as Colgate-Palmolive, Arcos Dourados - McDonald's Brasil, Johnson & Johnson, Latam Airlines and Serasa Experian. She is the organizer and co-author of the book "Free to Speak - How Psychological Safety can be the main lever to guarantee the sustainability of your business", the first book on Psychological Safety in Brazil, released in 2023.
Global Master Trainer and Creator of the Team Psychological Safety Certification
DR. PETER CAUWELIER: mechanical engineer with a Masters in Technology; MBA in Business and PhD in Knowledge Management & Innovation, studying the influence of Psychological Safety in Teams on knowledge creation. He is Chief Team Connector, was President of the French-Thai Chamber of Commerce and developed a successful executive career as Vice President of Operations at Essilor International, with operations in Asia and North America. He is a certified team coach and highly experienced in solving corporate challenges effectively and sustainably through his experience in team leadership in Asia for more than 20 years. After serving WIAL as a member of the board and executive committee, he took over as global president in 2019. He is Managing Director of TEAM.AS.ONE. With more than 20 years of experience, he works and leads teams in Asia, supporting teams to achieve excellence. He is the author of the book "The Untapped Team Advantage" endorsed by Dr. Amy Edmondson.
Marina Mazi
Master Trainer for Brazil
She is an organizational psychologist with an MBA in business management and HR and a Master's degree in Culture. She has been working as a consultant since 2006 on projects and programs for team development, leadership and organizational culture. She has International Certification in Psychological Team Safety, Coaching and Action Learning Coach. She is an Action Learning master trainer and mentor and has in-depth experience of the approach, working with it since 2010. She served WIAL as head of the Education and Certification Committee for over 5 years. She is a learning facilitator and guest lecturer for postgraduate courses. More than 20 years' experience as a BP and HR manager in companies from different industries.
Tatá Fernandes
Master Trainer for Brazil and Latin America
With more than 20 years' experience in large organizations such as Syngenta, LATAM Airlines, Ibope, TV Globo, Telefônica/Vivo and Siemens, Tatá has built a solid career working with organizational culture, leadership, well-being, diversity, mental health and psychological safety.
She has a degree in Business Administration, post-graduate degrees in HR Management, Integrative Therapy and Human Development, and is currently studying Propositology (Science of Purpose). She has international certifications in Psychological Team Safety (IISP), CliftonStrengths Gallup, Coaching and Mentoring (FGV), as well as training in DISC, MBTI, Birkman, Character Strengths, Enneagram and the Louise Hay method.
